I have emailed the articles and am so happy to spread the word. Thank you SO much Laura for your book and F.E.A.S.T. They helped me more (when my daughter was critically ill) than all the "specialists" recommended to us.
I saw that NYT article and had wondered if that quote was from you.
Since I personally have struggled with labeling foods as "good" or "bad", with my kids I consciously try to use the labels "anytime" vs. "sometime" foods.
