My daughter should have nothing wrong with her at all, although I suppose she could be said to be on the cusp of schizophrenia (possibly in more ways than one) and my mother who is one of the most untroubled people I know (except when faced with "modern technology") is lucky to be alive, as are most of my sister's family - which reminds me, since they are all stubbornly still alive and well, I must get them some birthday cards.
To take it all a bit more seriously, I am sure there IS sense in this, although I wonder how much is due to the season of birth and how much to the season of conception, and how much to the seasons in between?
Interesting. I think there's probably something to this idea. I'm a recovering bulimic and each of my 3 pregnancies have come after I've put on a bit of weight. The first time was inadvertent- I gained 15 lbs. because of stress binging after 9/11 and had a surprise pregnancy before I could lose it.
My 2nd I was having fertility problems and the dr. I consulted suggested it might be because I was on the low side of the healthy weight range. I gained 10 lbs. and got pregnant within 2 months.
The 3rd time around, I proactively decided to gain 5 lbs and again became pregnant shortly thereafter.
Interesting. My birthdate places me squarely in the panic disorder band. And I am very anxious.

I was dorn in the mibble of byslexia season (June 14). dut I'm not byslexic. Nooooo...not me.
ReplyDeleteReally, I'm not dyslexic, although my b-day (Or should I say d-bay, hahaha) is on the cusp of anorexia. But I'm bulimic, not anorexic.
interesting... that explains my very mild occurrences of dyslexia. good thing i just missed out on the anorexia band! that was a close-- oh,wait... ;)
ReplyDeletei'm shocked that the end-of-the-year births are what show the most prominent numbers for panic disorder diagnoses... *sarcasm*
i love charts like this. thanks for posting :)
You might want to put a disclaimer on the blog that this post links to--it has a lot of really offensive material on it.
ReplyDeleteI meant to say "on this post." I think your blog is wonderful.
